JConcepts 2006 Cactus Classic Champion! We are pleased to announce that Jared Tebo has driven the JConcepts BJ4 Worlds Edition to the Championship at the 2006 Cactus Classic.
~Flash back ~ 2005 Ryan Maifield piloted his BJ4 buggy to the T.Q. and 1st place.
~Flash Forward~ 2006 Jared Tebo TQ'd all 4 rounds of qualifying with his BJ4 Worlds Edition. This was Jared's break out race in 4wd electric. After locking up TQ in the 3rd round Jared went out and ran the fastest time of the weekend in the 4th and final round putting an exclamination point on the TQ. This makes it back-to-back Cactus Classic championships for JConcepts. In addition, Ryan Cavalieri and Brent Thielke placed their BJ4 Worlds Editions in the 2nd and 3rd place positions respectively. Also making the A-main with their BJ4 Worlds Editions were Ryan Maifield in 6th place and Scott Brown in the 7th place position.
A big thanks goes out to the entire Scottsdale R/C Speedway crew for putting on a great event and congratulations to all those who made the main events.

Cactus Trends and Tips:
JConcepts 6" wide high downforce wing: The 6" wide high downforce wing was a very popular choice in the 2wd class on all buggies. Recommended for use on larger high-speed tracks with a medium to high traction surface. The 6" wing was a perfect compliment to the technical SRS layout.
B4 Illuzion Front Stabilizing Wing: The Illuzion front stabilizing wing was another popular choice among drivers.
